Field Service Engineer

Install, commission, validate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Beckman Coulter Life Sciences instruments at customer sites.

Diagnose hardware, software, and application issues, providing timely resolutions, upgrades, and modifications.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, providing application support, user training, and guidance on instrument operation.

Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports, installation records, and PM checklists in CRM/service systems, ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards.

Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to support retention and service contract renewals.

Plan, prioritize, and coordinate service visits with sales, applications, and logistics teams, including participation in on-call or standby support.

Follow Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and continuous improvement practices to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
