Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, driving lead generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales operations, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales Operations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to establish and grow client relationships effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in a field sales role or related position is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
