Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Pune Division. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for establishing and managing client relationships, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients. The role involves conducting meetings with customers, understanding their business needs, showcasing relevant product solutions, and effectively driving sales closures. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure smooth execution of processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation with a focus on achieving targets
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations, including reporting, tracking, and providing feedback to improve processes
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and driven to exceed expectations
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage client data effectively
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
