Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities across product & service categories, generating leads, promoting E-Yugam platform's sell-side capabilities to prospective users (retailers / merchants / wholesalers / traders / distributors / manufacturers) across product & service categories, ensuring user adoption through registration, building relationships and ensuring customer retention. Daily tasks include meeting prospective customers, presenting the platform's value propositions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve operational targets. The role involves driving customer acquisition while supporting the company's sales strategies and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to drive customer acquisitions
  • Experience in Sales Operations to support sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Past experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field preferred
