Job Summary:

InBody India is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Specialist to expand our presence across gyms, fitness studios, wellness and slimming centres, sports academies, and corporate programs. This role focuses on B2B sales, client acquisition, and solution based selling of advanced body composition analyzers within the fitness and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify and acquire new clients in gyms, fitness studios, wellness and slimming centres, sports academies, and corporate programs.

• Drive field prospecting, cold outreach, and referral-based lead generation.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

• Engage with gym owners, fitness trainers, wellness consultants, and decision-makers.

• Deliver product demonstrations, consultations, and customized solutions.

• Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Monitor fitness industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.

Client Engagement & Support:

• Ensure strong client relationships, retention, and repeat business.

• Provide post-sale support, client onboarding, and product training.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Events & Brand Promotion:

• Represent the company at fitness expos, events, workshops, and networking meets.

• Promote products, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility in the fitness ecosystem.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and pipeline progress.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Sports Science, Fitness Management or MBA (Marketing) preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in fitness sales / equipment sales / B2B sales / medical device sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience in consultative selling and client relationship management.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
