This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include generating and managing leads, understanding client requirements, conducting property visits, and developing strong customer relationships. The role involves promoting company services, negotiating deals, providing exceptional client support, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through personalized customer engagement.

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact and engage with clients.
• Experienced in Sales and Sales Operations to manage transactions, close deals, and achieve targets.
• Skilled in Lead Generation to identify and cultivate potential clients in the real estate sector.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local languages of Bengaluru and a valid driver's license is preferred.
