Role Description

AIWA India is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Specialist to strengthen our on-ground sales presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding dealer networks, and building strong relationships across assigned territories in the automotive electronics and accessories segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail partner networks in the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field execution
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
  • Promote AIWA products including car infotainment systems, audio solutions, and accessories
  • Execute product demos, launches, and promotional activities at the dealer level
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management
  • Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment coordination
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, market feedback, and visit plans

Qualifications

  • 14 years of field sales experience (automotive electronics / car accessories preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
