Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Understanding of Sales Operations and processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships with a professional and personable approach
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT or digital solutions industry is an advantage
