Field Sales Executive - India's Largest UPI Company
Location: Multiple Locations
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Fresher & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and install Paytm products/services at retail stores and help merchants with day-to-day service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers/merchants in the assigned territory on a daily basis.
- Generate sales and complete installation/activation of Paytm products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to retailers.
- Resolve basic merchant service issues and provide necessary support.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Complete assigned daily tasks and submit required updates/reports.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and field reporting requirements.
Eligibility:
- 12th pass or above preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; field sales experience will be an advantage.
- Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of mobile apps.
- Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid Driving Licence (DL).
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
