Field Sales Representative

Job Location- Bijwasan

Designation- Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and local market research.
• Visit potential customers, businesses, vendors, societies, offices, and other relevant locations to generate leads.
• Explain and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and mobile applications.
