Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and other available sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful conversions.
• Maintain daily reports of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team and manager to achieve business goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Previous experience in field sales, BFSI, insurance, fintech, loans, or financial products will be an added advantage.
