The Field Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business in the blue-collar sector. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients in need of blue-collar staffing solutions.
- Generate and pursue leads to expand the client base.
Sales Process Management
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities for continuous growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with staffing solutions.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings.
Market Research & Analysis

- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Any qualification accepted (High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in blue-collar services or banking sales preferred).
Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
