Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Hyderabad. The Field Sales Representative will visit prospective and existing customers, understand their bathroom and shower enclosure requirements, and present suitable BathStory solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, measuring and assessing site conditions, preparing basic quotations in coordination with the inside sales or operations team, and closing sales through consultative engagement. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and designers or contractors, gathering market feedback, and reporting on sales activities and targets. The Field Sales Representative will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to installation.

Qualifications

  • Proven field sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing B2C or home-improvement sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
  • Customer service mindset, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to read site conditions, take accurate measurements, and coordinate with installation or operations teams.
  • Basic digital literacy, including use of CRM tools, mobile apps, and productivity software for reporting and follow-up.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable working in the field and managing a daily visit schedule.
  • Previous experience in building materials, sanitaryware, interiors, or home solutions is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in local language(s) and good command of English; willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby areas.
