Job Profile:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative with hands-on B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector or Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) area. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services such as website development, social media marketing, and Google Ads lead generation.

This role involves meeting business owners, explaining BharatEdge Digital's services, identifying client needs, and closing deals that drive digital transformation for industrial and manufacturing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads within manufacturing and industrial sectors across GIDC and nearby regions.
  • Conduct field visits and meetings with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
  • Present BharatEdge Digital's service effectively to decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor progress against those targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and project handover.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve services and marketing strategies.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Proven B2B field sales experience (12+ years), preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or GIDC-based companies.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, social media marketing, and Google Ads lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in similar companies like Just Dial, IndiaMART, or TradeIndia is a strong plus.

Experience: 12+ Years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM / BBA / B.Com

Reporting to: Vertical Head

Industry Preferred: Digital Marketing / Industrial B2B Sales
