Field Sales Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Officer located in Nagpur. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing business accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales efforts. Other daily activities include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, preparing presentations, and promoting products to meet organizational sales goals. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent service to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management.
• Experience in Sales and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Proactive and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing within the printing or inkjet industry is an advantage.
