We're looking for sharp, driven Field Sales Officers who know the healthcare ops playbook — and want to run it for something genuinely category-defining. If you've been selling surgical procedures at a healthtech startup and felt the gap between what the company says and what the patient gets — this is the alternative.

What You'll Own

→ Build and manage a network of orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists across your city

→ Drive patient consultations — from lead generation and OPD coordination to procedure conversion

→ Partner with hospital and clinic administrators to establish Sahaj Therapy as the default AVN/OA referral

→ Conduct awareness sessions, doctor meets, and patient education events

→ Own city-level revenue targets and operational KPIs end-to-end

→ Feed ground insights back to the product and marketing teams to sharpen messaging

Who We're Looking For

If you've worked in city ops, BD, or field sales at any of the following companies, you have exactly the muscle we need:

✓  1–5 years in healthcare field sales, BD, or city operations

✓  Proven ability to build doctor/hospital relationships from scratch

✓  Comfortable with patient-facing conversations — empathy, not just pitch

✓  Strong ownership mindset — you figure it out, you don't wait to be told

✓  Two-wheeler preferred; willingness to be in the field 60–70% of the time

✓  Graduate in any discipline; science/pharma/MBA background a plus, not a filter
