Field Sales Officer

Description

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for conducting on-ground market intelligence across construction sites in Hyderabad, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring usage of Radha TMT products at designated sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit and review construction sites across Hyderabad on a regular basis
• Identify potential new construction sites for business development
• Track and report which TMT brands are being used at various sites
• Monitor assigned/converted sites to ensure continued usage of Radha TMT products
• Report any deviations where competitor products are being used at dedicated sites
• Build relationships with contractors, site engineers, and builders
• Share daily/weekly field reports with the Sales Manager
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and pricing trends

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Good analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
