Profile:

Field Sales Officer (FOS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Call on provided data to generate potential sales leads.
• Leverage personal references to expand the customer base.
• Sell premium investment products, including SIPs, Mutual Funds, and ULIPs.
• Conduct in-person client visits to present investment plans and close sales.

Salary & Perks:

Fixed Salary: 3.2 LPA to 4.2 LPA

Incentives: Unlimited performance-based earnings.

Allowance: Travel Allowance provided 150- 250 per visits

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Vehicle: Must have two-wheeler for field visits.
• License: Valid Driving License (Learning License is also acceptable).
• Skills: Good communication and convincing skills.
• Grooming: Must be well-groomed and professionally presentable.

Timings: 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM.
