Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

Sky Dive India is looking for a presentable, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive sales and develop strong business relationships with hotels, travel agents, tour operators, vendors, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, hotels, tour operators, vendors, and business partners.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build a strong network of travel agents and hospitality partners.
• Develop and maintain hotel tie-ups to promote Sky Dive India.
• Travel to different cities to meet hotels, travel agents, vendors, tour operators, and potential business partners.
• Conduct regular field and outstation visits to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Promote Sky Dive India's services and packages to relevant partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with industry partners to generate consistent business for Sky Dive India.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
• Good understanding of the hotel, hospitality, and travel industry.
• Strong network with travel agents, hotels, tour operators, and vendors will be a major advantage.
• Good relationship-building and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with extensive field and outstation travel.
• Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory for local travel.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
