Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification:
  • Prospecting for new business through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to find and engage potential clients.
  • Sales and client management:
  • Conducting in-person meetings and presentations to promote products or services.
  • Understanding customer needs and developing solutions to meet them.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Reporting and forecasting:
  • Preparing and delivering sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Tracking sales activities and maintaining an accurate customer database.
  • Market and competitor analysis:
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Monitoring competitor sales activities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Working with internal teams, such as marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and coordinate promotions.
