About the Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to lead student outreach and enrollment growth in your region. You'll be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, building partnerships with educational institutions, and driving student admissions through innovative BTL campaigns and consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, junior colleges, and coaching centers for student engagement.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and other BTL marketing activities to create brand awareness.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and agents to expand offline sales reach.
- Engage with students and parents through counseling sessions, house visits, and local events.
- Collect and utilize data from 12th board exam centers for lead generation.
- Strategically plan and execute canopy activities, roadshows, and field marketing events.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets by nurturing strong local networks.
We are looking for:
- 25 years of experience in field sales, education marketing, or student recruitment.
- Proven experience in lead generation, counseling, or admissions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and regional languages.
- Confident with consultative selling and relationship management.
- Comfortable working in target-driven, on-ground roles with daily market visits.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and eager to learn from feedback.
