Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive located in Indore. The primary responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, planning and implementing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers. The role requires conducting client visits, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting on market trends and results to support business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Competence in Market Planning and Market Research to identify and assess potential opportunities and trends.
  • Strong skills in Communication to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive conversions, analyze performance, and implement strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles within the relevant industry is an advantage.
