Field Sales Manager

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new B2B, industrial, and enterprise sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients. Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Develop sales pipelines through cold calling, referrals, networking, market visits, and lead generation. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial requirements.

Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments to ensure business closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an advantage. 2–5 years of experience in B2B / industrial / enterprise field sales.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client meetings. Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Strong target orientation and business-development mindset. Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience selling to manufacturing companies, factories, corporates, SMEs, institutions, contractors, distributors, or large enterprises will be preferred.
