This role involves managing a team, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients to ensure the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
