Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in field sales or sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
