Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our B2B sales and expand our offline market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand B2B sales network (dealers, distributors, designers)
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Negotiate and close sales deals
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Planning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and achieving sales targets
Expertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management proficiency to handle multiple accounts and tasks effectively
Experience in the textile or home décor industry is a significant advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to travel and work from an on-site location
