Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Manager based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes meeting sales targets, conducting market and customer analysis, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Coordination with internal teams to meet client needs and offering product demonstrations will also be vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue
  • Knowledge and experience in market analysis, lead generation, and customer service management
  • Familiarity with CATV/MATV, PON products, and network application solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications or networking industry is considered advantageous
