Alliance Graphic Equipment is a premier name in the high-end used offset printing machinery market. As we expand our global footprint and domestic reach, we are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the printing industry to lead our on-ground sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and engage with commercial printers, packaging units, and publishers to offer premium machinery solutions (Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, Mitsubishi).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with business owners and decision-makers in the printing sector.
- On-Field Sales: Conduct site visits, assess client production needs, and recommend specific machinery models (e.g., Speedmaster, Lithrone series) that align with their operational goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, including government printing requirements and international stock availability (Italy/Japan imports).
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the process from initial lead generation and technical consultation to negotiation and closing.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Experience: Minimum 5 years of active field sales experience specifically within the Printing or Packaging Industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with offset press configurations, technical specifications of major brands, and the used machinery market.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; ability to represent the company at major industry exhibitions like PAMEX.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to client sites and industrial hubs across the region.
- Strategy: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through a consultative selling approach.
