Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, promoting products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Meet prospective and existing customers to present products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an updated customer database.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
