Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The role involves meeting potential clients in person, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas

  • Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales records

  • Follow up with clients for payments and feedback

  • Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

  • Proven experience in field sales (preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
