Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
responsibilities: Conduct in-person interviews and assessments with potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to source potential candidates.
Actively participate in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
