Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Industry: Banking Sector & Retail Sales

Qualification: Degree Mandatory / Diploma / +2 Completed

Gender: Male

Salary: Up to ---25,000 + Attractive Incentives + PF + ESI

Requirements: Good Communication + Bike with Valid License

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu (as per company allocation)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits for product explanation and conversions.
• Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update customer database.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Descried Candidates Requires

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation ability.
• Basic sales knowledge and customer handling.
• Good time management and target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
• Male candidate preferred.
