Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role, based in Bikaner. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and actively promoting our diverse range of biodegradable and compostable products. The candidate will handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, track sales performance, and provide feedback to help improve business strategies. Regular market research and participation in sales meetings will also be part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and generate leads
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of biodegradable or sustainable products is a plus
- Proficiency with sales software and tools to track performance and manage customer data
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in an on-site environment
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred
