We're Hiring | Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Manager
Are you a passionate sales professional with experience in the manufacturing industry We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and drive business growth!
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: Manufacturing
CTC: Up to 3LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through field sales
Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial customers
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Conduct customer visits, negotiate deals, and close orders
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer support
Track market trends, competitor activities, and maintain CRM records
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of field sales experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing products
Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven with excellent communication skills
