Hiring Immediately Field Sales Executive for Lucknow, Noida And Greater Noida Locations For An Edtech Company (Remote Job)(Immediate Joining)

We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Field Sales Executive for a Startup Edtech Company to expand its business inLucknow, Noida And Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and engage higher education institutions (universities, colleges, autonomous institutes).
  • Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management).
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demo negotiation closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
  • 27 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (EdTech or Higher Education preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new institutional partnerships signed
  • Revenue generated per quarter
  • Conversion rate from leads to closures
  • Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
  • Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality)
