Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Sales Executive based in Erode. The role includes identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also work closely with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, deliver excellent customer service, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure
• Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of the apparel industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driving license and two-wheeler are mandatory for field travel purposes
