Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. They will work closely with customers to understand their specific needs, recommend tailored solutions, and provide post-sales support where necessary. Regular tasks include attending client meetings, presenting product demonstrations, promoting musical instruments and sound products, and participating in brand promotion activities.

Qualifications
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in sales, client interaction, and identifying customer needs
  • Knowledge of musical instruments, sound systems, or related fields; a passion for music and sound technology is a strong advantage
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend customized solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client interactions
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and participating in promotional events is a plus
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving sales and business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
