Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, driving new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with society management teams. The role involves executing effective sales pitches, providing product demonstrations, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during the sales cycle. The candidate will also provide feedback to refine sales strategies and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet targets and deliver customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development experience, including the ability to identify leads and close deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Knowledge or experience in the real estate, property management, or tech industries is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
