Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle on-ground sales activities, generate leads, meet customers, achieve sales targets, and expand business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospects and customers regularly to promote products/services.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Track sales activities and update daily/weekly reports.
- Collect market insights and competitor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Manage territory effectively to maximize coverage and sales.
- Resolve customer queries and follow up on pending concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
