We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle on-ground sales activities, generate leads, meet customers, achieve sales targets, and expand business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit prospects and customers regularly to promote products/services.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Track sales activities and update daily/weekly reports.
  • Collect market insights and competitor information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize coverage and sales.
  • Resolve customer queries and follow up on pending concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
