Job Description

A Field Sales Executivedrives revenue by finding new leads, meeting clients face-to-face in their territory, demonstrating products, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships, all while managing a sales pipeline, hitting targets, and reporting activities using CRM tools. They are self-motivated, excellent communicators, and comfortable with travel and working independently to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads; conduct sales presentations and product demos.
  • Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Territory Management:Develop and execute sales strategies for a specific geographic area.
  • Deal Closure:Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets/KPIs.
  • Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Market Awareness:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) for seamless service delivery.
