Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

CTC: Up to 6 LPA (based on experience)

Eligibility: Open to both male and female candidates with strong communication and sales skills

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote company offerings

Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback for strategic improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

14 years of experience in field sales or business development (preferred in B2B/B2C sector).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Willingness to travel within the city/region as required.
