Job Description

Role: Field Sales Executive

We are looking for passionate and goal-driven professionals to join our

Sales team in Chennai. If you have a flair for customer interaction, a

sharp sales mind, and real estate experience this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, events, and networking

Conduct client meetings and site visits to explain project offerings

Present property features, pricing, and payment plans confidently

Handle client objections and work toward closing sales successfully

Maintain post-sale relationships for referrals and client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM)

Track competitors, market trends, and customer expectations

Submit timely reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Eligibility Criteria

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets:

4- 10 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Comfortable working weekends and traveling to project sites

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office (Excel/Word) is an added advantage

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Monthly sales target achievement

New client acquisition count

Lead-to-conversion ratio

Client feedback and satisfaction

Reporting and documentation accuracy
