This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Surat. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets in the designated territory. The role includes maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to company sales goals and strategies.

• Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Experience in Market Research and the ability to understand customer needs
• Problem-Solving and Goal-Oriented Approach
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
• Prior sales experience in disposable/packaging products or related industries is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Surat and nearby regions as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
