Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive
responsible for generating and closing business from industrial clients through field visits and
relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Visit industrial areas, factories, and business hubs within a 100 KM radius of Surat
Meet decision-makers (Owners, Directors, Plant Heads, etc.)
Present solar solutions and explain financial benefits to clients
Handle and close leads provided by the company
Generate new leads through networking, references, and cold visits
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients
Maintain daily reporting of visits, meetings, and sales pipeline
Important Note (Scope Clarification)
This is a pure sales role
No involvement in project execution, installation, or technical operations
All execution and technical activities will be handled by the internal team
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in face-to-face client interaction
Ability to explain business and financial benefits clearly
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willingness to travel for field work
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B sales / industrial sales (solar experience is a plus)
Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply
Knowledge of industrial areas in and around Surat is preferred
Own vehicle (bike/car) is preferred
Working Area
Surat and nearby industrial zones within 100 KM (Pandesara, Sachin, Hazira, Vapi, Ankleshwar,
Bharuch, etc.)
