Key Relationship Manager Direct Channel
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Field Sales
Job Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through Direct Channel sales activities
Conduct daily customer meetings and explain life insurance products
Generate business through field visits, referrals, and lead follow-ups
Complete proposal documentation and ensure smooth policy issuance
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Update daily sales activities and reports
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduation mandatory
1 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales preferred
Two-wheeler and Android smartphone mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Local market knowledge of Varanasi will be an advantage
