Position Name: Field Sales Executives

Experience: 1-3 years in Banking or NBFC sector

Qualification : Graduate (any discipline)

Role Responsibilities Field Sales Prospecting Visit assigned market areas daily to generate leads. Meet potential customers and promote company products. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, agents, and partners. Merchant Agent Acquisition Identify, approach, and onboard merchants/agents via field visits, shared leads, and campaigns. Ensure onboarding follows KYC, AML regulatory norms. Sales Customer Handling Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets KPIs. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

Documentation, Verification Compliance Assist merchants/customers with onboarding formalities. Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and professionalism. Update daily reports: visits, leads, conversions. Coordination Work with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance) for issue resolution. Coordinate with Team Leaders for schedules, routes, and performance updates.

Support Other VAS (e.g., Gold Loan) As Required.
