Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Vadodara. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales leads, providing technical product information, and managing the full sales cycle. The Field Sales Executive will also be required to prepare sales reports, attend meetings, and collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of engineering, fabrication, and field services
• Technical knowledge related to Solar energy solutions and project management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
