Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

* Present and promote company products/services to potential clients

* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends

* Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or a related role

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

* Strong customer relationship management abilities

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities
