Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Nagpur with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's insurance products and services. The role also includes conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial
  • Ability to travel locally within Nagpur for client meetings when required
